Information we collect

When you place an order or contact ToysPlus, we collect information you provide, including your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, order details and messages.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and cookies used to operate the store.

How we use information

We use your information to process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, provide order updates, answer enquiries, handle returns, prevent fraud and maintain business records.

Without the necessary contact and delivery information, we may be unable to complete your order.

Service providers and payments

Our online store uses Ecwid. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method. Delivery information is shared with Australia Post or the delivery provider handling your parcel.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider. ToysPlus does not receive your full card number or card security code through checkout.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Some information may be stored or processed outside Australia.

Cookies

Cookies help operate the shopping cart, checkout and other website features. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect how the store works.

Keeping information

We retain order and customer information as needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your information and privacy enquiries

To request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email paulkeogh11@hotmail.com.

We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business record-keeping purposes.

Updates

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The latest version will appear on this page.
