About our store

ToysPlus sells toys and collectables, including diecast models, yo-yos and vintage items. These terms apply to purchases through our online store.

Products and condition

Please read each product’s description and review its photographs before purchasing. Vintage and second-hand items may show signs of age or use. Known imperfections will be described in the listing.

If you have questions about an item’s condition, please contact us before ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

We accept card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. Payment is required before dispatch.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can assist.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item and any applicable delivery charge. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Shipping

We currently deliver within Australia. Tracked delivery is $10 per order, regardless of quantity, unless all items in the order qualify for free postage.

Orders containing both free-postage and paid-postage items attract one $10 delivery charge.

Orders are dispatched the next working day after payment is received and the order is processed. Please see our Shipping & Payment Info page for further details.

Returns and consumer rights

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Our Return Policy explains how we handle these enquiries.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including rights to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where applicable.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is collected, used and shared.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you order apply to that purchase.
